Our story starts with Garbanzos (chickpeas in Spanish), the main ingredient in our kitchen! They are in our delicious crunchy falafel balls and in the generous dollop of smooth hummus, sitting in our famous salad bowls, our story continues with Tahini – a non dairy, creamy sauce produced by crushing roasted sesame seeds, it is the falafels' best friend!
We started out making only falafel, which is the ultimate vegan filling lunch or dinner. We also listened to you, our non-vegan friends, who told us you wanted something meaty; so we added to our menu the delicious, crispy breaded chicken schnitzel and the mighty grilled chicken all cooked separately to perfection.
