House Rules for New Street Square

To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests at all times, we ask you to observe the following rules:

1. Maximum Capacity – 200
2. Please remain seated and in your designated area. Table service is available.
3. The maximum group size is 6
4. At least one of your party must provide their details for Track & Trace.
5. No smoking or vaping anywhere in the square.
6. External food is allowed in the square and visitors are encouraged to dispose of rubbish in bins provided.
7. No external alcohol is permitted outside of licenced areas.
8. No dogs are permitted in the square except assistance dogs.
9. New Street Square will have security on hand and reserve the right to refuse entry at any time and ask people to vacate the premises where necessary.
10. Public washrooms are provided to visitors upon request, retail units will allow washroom access for paying customers. No public washrooms are available within the estate other than those available in retail premises.
