Safety and security at New Street Square

There are numerous security measures you can see and, of course, the ones you can’t. All our staff are trained to ensure all our visitors have a safe, secure and enjoyable experience.

We have a fully trained and dedicated security team onsite at New Street Square. You may find them patrolling the mall ready to answer any of your questions, provide directions or assistance with a friendly smile.

Our security teams work closely with the City of London Police, engage with other local partners to deliver a safe and secure environment. New Street Square also works closely with Fleet Street Quarter Business Improvement District to improve security across the city as a whole and to ensure our security procedures are up to date and following best practice.
